Roger has a Masters Degree in Social Science and is an ICF Accredited coach. He graduated from RMIT University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Marketing and commenced a graduate role with Alsafe Safety in the Industrial sector where he went on to major contracts management. In the mid 2000s he took up a sales and marketing position with Ilana Accessories where he introduced one of the worlds leading licensed toy brands to the automotive aftermarket category. For Master Distributors in 2008, he successfully introduced the first "green" organic spraying kit to the Australian hardware market.
